You don’t need more pretty containers. You need to get rid of the excess.
My mission is to help you make confident decisions about the items you own. If your stuff isn’t serving you, it shouldn’t get to live with you. Regardless of the level of clutter or chaos, I can help you! I enter your home without judgement and work through your space with patience and compassion.
Our Services
A complimentary consultation is required before booking a decluttering service. I will visit your home, assess the space and your goals, and briefly outline a plan of action.
*A virtual consultation may be utilized for locations more than 20 miles from Warwick, RI.
**Scholarship pricing available for clients in need.
You may book a mini visit of two or three hours for small spaces that just need a power declutter or touch up: bathroom, linen closet, small clothing closet, or a small pantry.
This is 4-hour service. We will determine which items are trash/donations and then sort the “keep” items into logical categories. Finally, we will reset the space with a simple and accessible system.
*For all service options: Travel of more than 20 miles from Warwick, Rhode Island may incur a mileage fee.
Designed for clients who want to tackle a larger project or multiple areas of their home.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
I will load them and drop them at a local Savers or Goodwill location. Very large items will be your responsibility to arrange for donating. (Big Brother’s Big Sisters and Buy Nothing Facebook pages are great options.) You may also use your own vehicle to drop off donations.
-
You will be responsible for trash and recycling removal. I am happy to help you coordinate a dumpster delivery. That is a separate contract and fee between you and the dumpster provider.
-
Yes and no. I work with people who feel like they are drowning in their stuff. My focus is paring down the volume to calm the chaos. Once we have identified the items that are adding value to your life, we set up a practical system that fits the way you live in your home.
-
That isn’t really a question, but I do understand. For some reason we all think everyone else has it all together. I promise you, almost everyone has a space they are embarrassed about. Almost everyone has too much stuff. I can promise you, I have helped clean up some really crazy spaces!
-
Unfortunately, not really. If that person is motivated to clear out their space - then absolutely yes!
I don’t bully people and take their stuff away. I absolutely do not declutter items without the owner’s permission.
-
Almost nothing! Please do not clean before our consultation visit. It helps for me to see your home in its natural state so we can adequately assess what our goals should be. I will ask to see most or all of your home if possible. This will help with decision making if some items are shifting from our project area to another part of the house.
Before your decluttering session it may be helpful to have laundry caught up if we are working through clothing or linen closets. You may also want to have an agreement ahead of time with other housemates about what items can be donated.
You also do not need to buy anything. Most homes already contain plenty of vessels for organizing. If we decide we need organizing products, those can be purchased later.
-
While it is ultimately your decision, I typically do not recommend trying to sell your clutter. It is very time consuming regardless of the sale platform you choose. Your time is valuable and the goal is getting stuff out of your house as quickly as possible.
-
That is your choice. If you want to give me a set of rules or guidelines for working through your space, I am happy to do all the heavy lifting. This format would mean I sort piles, set aside a suggested donate/trash section for you to make final judgments, and I reset the ‘keep’ items in the space in an organized way.
I prefer to work alongside clients and model the process as we go. This empowers you to learn and continue to declutter on your own. This is the “Teach a Man to Fish” methodology.

I can’t work in true hoarding situations. Hoarding clients need extensive therapy outside my realm of training. Removing their items without their permission can be very damaging to their mental health.
I don’t work in homes with active mold.
I don’t work in homes with active pest infestations including bed bugs, fleas, and cockroaches.
